THE AVENGERS – INDIVIDUAL POSTERS

Hiya 🙂

So, Been a while but not as long as before! im back, I have been busy designing a MASSIVE poster and it consumed most of my time! but now, im back 🙂 I thought it would be logical to follow on with the rest of the Avengers posters. So the first poster was all together and these are individual posters with some more unique stats and information. I wanted the character large on the page because they do look quite nice large 🙂 so here they are below!

The Avengers –

Hiya 🙂

Ok so i’m back and the next series is The Avengers. I wanted the focus on the characters and they are drawn in the same ‘cute’ style as the firefly ones I designed up a while ago. I wanted to do this because there is a lot of art produced where they are very serious and I wanted a softer side to them. I like the idea of the background ‘bleeding’ off the page with one large simplified city behind them. I wanted a soft yellow background like an old comic, and also I thought white was just too harsh.

HARRY POTTER – ICON – A1 POSTER

So all the posters are finished and I had an idea of integrating all the elements i have drawn up into one large A1 poster that contained everything from the films, shown below 🙂

HARRY POTTER – 7 – The Deathly Hallows – 17×11 POSTER

Hiya 🙂

Last one! number 7, This one TOOK AGES to get right, but was worth it, I feel i managed to get this just right. I particularly like the symmetry near the ‘open at the close’ this was a hard series to get right but im so pleased I managed to get everything slotting together 🙂

HARRY POTTER – 6 – The Half-Blood Prince – 17×11 POSTER

Hiya 🙂

Next up is Harry Potter 6 – the half Blood prince. There was a lot to fit into this one, i’m so happy that I managed to get in everything I wanted to, and to the gird.

HARRY POTTER – 5 – The Order of the Phoenix – 17×11 POSTER

Hiya

Next up, number 5 The Order of the Phoenix. This one took a while to get right because of some of the strange shapes and angles, but once a few elements came together it all slotted into place like a nice jigsaw. I’m so happy with it now. See below 🙂

HARRY POTTER – 4 – The Goblet of Fire – 17×11 POSTER

Helloooo 🙂

The next one is, Number 4 – The Goblet of Fire, Boom. The one thing I love about this poster is you can play the hedge maze to get to the Goblet. Start at the top from one of the bridge archs and try to get to the Goblet. I really worked on this one to get everything working together. It took ages to get the lightning like I wanted it between harry and Voldemort. Got there, and im happy.

HARRY POTTER – 3 – The Prisoner of Azkaban – 17×11 POSTER

Next up – one of the more popular films number 3 – The Prisoner of Azkaban 🙂 Im happy with a way a few things turned out in this one. Generally the structure I think works well the dementors, Blacks face. . happy with the result.
